Vernon Housing Corporation operates two subsidized housing properties in Lebanon; Madison Manor Apartments and Vernon Heights Apartments. Both properties offer one-bedroom apartments, Vernon Heights also offers studio-sized efficiency units in addition to other features. Both are well-maintained with beautiful, well-kept parking areas and landscaping with on-site management, a service coordinator, and maintenance person.
Rent is based on your income and subsidized by HUD, however, certain restrictions and other qualifications also apply. While you're here please look over the eligibility page to see if you may qualify.

Our mission at W.T. Vernon Housing is to build and manage affordable housing for lower income elderly in the Laclede County area. This corporation is organized exclusively to provide elderly persons with housing facilities and services designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs, and to promote their health and security.
